Sara Reistad-Long and coauthor Jean Tang managed to squeeze 90 chefs and 99 incredible recipes between the pages of their new sandwich book. The chefs who include Dan Barber, Daniel Boulud, Jean-Georges Vongherichten, and Mario Batali are all New York based and each offers their favorite sandwich recipe. From  simple to fancy, there’s a sandwich for everyone.
